含补金片方案治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎疗效观察

目的：探讨结核性渗出性胸膜炎的治疗方法。方法：96例初治结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为2组,对照组应用普通化疗方案2HRZE（S）/4HR;治疗组在对照组基础上,强化期加用补金片治疗。观察6个月,分析两组疗效。结果：治疗2周、4周及8周末胸水吸收总有效率治疗组为83.33%、91.67%和95.83%;对照组为64.58%、72.92%和79.17%,治疗6个月胸膜肥厚与粘连发生率治疗组为14.58%,对照组为41.67%,两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：补金片可促进胸液吸收,加快临床症状消失,防止胸膜肥厚粘连,以及防止肝损害等,值得临床推广。     

纯氧和空气复苏患儿24个月随访观察

目的 探讨纯氧和空气复苏对新生儿发育的影响,为新生儿复苏用氧选择提供依据.方法 对2005年1月-2007年1月在保定市妇幼保健院进行窒息复苏的30例患儿在24个月时进行随访,依据复苏用氧浓度分为纯氧复苏组(20例)和空气复苏组(10例),内容包括出生时胎龄、出生体重、身长、头围、阿氏评分(1 min,5 min)、心率(1 min,5 min)、随访时体重、身长、头围及运动发育标志(坐、爬、站、走时间).结果 出生时患儿身体数据差异无统计学意义,24个月随访,患儿身高、体重、头围及运动发育标志差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 空气复苏对新生儿窒息患者是安全有效的.

铅防护服用于放射诊断与治疗中医护人员和患者的X射线防护。透视和拍片可以用于检查铅防护服裂缝、开线和破洞等破损状况。通过建立铅防护服的淘汰标准，定期检测、科学更新，保证最佳的放射安全。     

某高校学生结核发病情况及预防措施探讨

[目的]了解我校大学生结核病的发病情况,为制定结核病防控措施提供科学依据.[方法]对西安石油大学大学生2001-2008年结核病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析.[结果]我校大学生结核发病率控制在129.23/～46.32/10万;结核病人男女性别比为2.2:1;农村户口病例是城市户口病例的4.7倍;发病年龄18～24岁;大一、大四学生占总病例数的39.71%和36.77%;所有病例规范治疗均痊愈.[结论]为了控制发病,采取了把好体检关;加强监测发现病例;治疗和管理病人等措施.     

Working‐correlation‐structure identification in generalized estimating equations

Selecting an appropriate working correlation structure is pertinent to clustered data analysis using generalized estimating equations (GEE) because an inappropriate choice will lead to inefficient parameter estimation. We investigate the well‐known criterion of QIC for selecting a working correlation structure, and have found that performance of the QIC is deteriorated by a term that is theoretically independent of the correlation structures but has to be estimated with an error. This leads us to propose a correlation information criterion (CIC) that substantially improves the QIC performance. Extensive simulation studies indicate that the CIC has remarkable improvement in selecting the correct correlation structures. Biochemical analysis of human milk treated with sodium dodecyl sulfate, an alkyl sulfate microbicide that inactivates human immunodeficiency virus type 1.

Reduction of transmission of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) through human milk is needed. Alkyl sulfates such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) are microbicidal against HIV-1 at low concentrations, have little to no toxicity, and are inexpensive. The authors have reported that treatment of HIV-1-infected human milk with < or = 1% (10 mg/mL) SDS for 10 minutes inactivates cell-free and cell-associated virus. The SDS can be removed with a commercially available resin after treatment without recovery of viral infectivity. In this article, the authors report results of selective biochemical analyses (ie, protein, immunoglobulins, lipids, cells, and electrolytes) of human milk subjected to SDS treatment and removal. The SDS treatment or removal had no significant effects on the milk components studied. Therefore, the use of alkyl sulfate microbicides to treat milk from HIV-1-positive women may be a simple, practical, and nutritionally sound way to prevent or reduce transmission of HIV-1 while still feeding with mother's own milk.
